Eligibility

To qualify

Open to all existing Brandi Made customers. There's no limit to how many referrals you can make, credits stack and can be combined toward a single order.

The referred client must clearly mention your full name and company name at the time of enquiry, before confirming their first order.

Referrals claimed after an order is placed cannot be retrospectively applied. Mention it early.

The referred client must be a new Brandi Made customer, not previously ordered under any name or company.

Referral Rewards, Terms & Conditions

1 Eligibility

  • The Program is open to all existing Brandi Made customers.
  • A "Referrer" is any current or past Brandi Made customer who introduces a new client to Brandi Made.
  • The Referred Client must be a new customer who has not previously placed an order with Brandi Made under any name or company.

2 Referral Reward

  • When a Referred Client places their first order of 50 units or more, both parties receive a $100 credit toward a future order.
  • The Referred Client can only receive $100 credit, gift card credits are not eligible for referred clients.
  • Credits are applied as a deduction from total order value, exclusive of GST and shipping.
  • There is no expiry date on referral credits.

3 How to Qualify

  • The Referred Client must clearly mention the Referrer's full name and company name at the time of enquiry or before confirming their first order.
  • Referrals claimed after an order is placed cannot be retrospectively applied.
  • Referrals may be submitted via the Referral Form on this page, or mentioned directly in an enquiry email.

4 Multiple Referrals

  • There is no limit to the number of referrals a customer can make.
  • Credits are earned per successful referral and can be combined toward a single future order.

5 Credit Use

  • Referral credits can only be used for Brandi Made products and services.
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
  • Either a $100 credit toward your order or a $100 EFTPOS gift card can be chosen once the referral is approved.

6 Program Modifications

  • Brandi Made reserves the right to amend or end the Program at any time without prior notice.
  • Any changes will not affect credits already earned prior to the date of change.

7 Fair Use

  • Brandi Made reserves the right to decline or revoke credits if there is evidence of misuse, self-referral, or fraudulent activity.
  • Decisions made by Brandi Made regarding eligibility or disputes are final.
